NeuSheet isn’t open yet, so this policy covers this website only. Before we open, it will also cover spreadsheets, and name everyone who receives them, what each keeps and for how long.

Who we are

NeuSheet is a trading name of Neuro-Symbolic Ltd, company number 16780511, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We’re the data controller, and our ICO registration is ZC289307. You can reach us, and our Data Protection Officer, at [email protected].

What happens when you visit

• Cloudflare carries your request to this site and protects it, so it sees your IP address and which page you asked for. It keeps its own logs, as its privacy policy says.
• Hostinger hosts the server holding these pages. We keep no log of visitors on that server for this site.
• GoatCounter counts visits for us, so we know how the site is used and can improve it. It records the page, the site you came from, your browser and operating system, your screen size, your language and your country. It holds your IP address and browser details in memory for up to 8 hours, to recognise a repeat visit, and doesn’t store them. It sets no cookies. It keeps the totals until we delete them.

We rely on our legitimate interest in running the site and knowing how it’s used. We don’t use any of this for advertising. Everything on these pages, including the fonts, comes from our own server.

Saying no to the counting

You can stop GoatCounter counting your visits from this browser. We remember your choice in the browser, and nowhere else.

If you email us

Mail to our address goes to a mailbox hosted by Hostinger. We keep it for as long as we need to answer you and deal with anything that follows. We may use the AI assistant in Hostinger’s webmail to help draft a reply, and a person checks it before it’s sent. Please don’t send your spreadsheet by email. If one reaches us, we’ll delete it.

Outside the UK

Cloudflare works worldwide, so your request may be handled outside the UK, under the safeguards in its data processing terms. Hostinger holds this site’s pages and our mailbox in the EU, and GoatCounter is run from Ireland, with its data in Finland and Germany. UK law treats the EU as protecting personal data adequately.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. You can also object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. GoatCounter keeps only totals, with nothing tied to you, so there’s nothing there we could find or delete.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, tell us at the same address, and we’ll acknowledge it within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO.
