What happens to your spreadsheet
Deleted after you download
Your spreadsheet and its results go about a day after you pay, or straight away if you ask. If you upload one and don’t go on, it goes after 24 hours. If you never download, it goes after 72 hours, and the hold is released. We don’t keep a copy, so keeping your workbook is up to you.
Read by AI
An AI provider reads the contents of your spreadsheet to do the work, figures and notes included, and a small sample in the free check. It may keep them for a limited time, longer than we do. Before we open, our privacy policy will name who it is and how long that is.
Who else sees it
Stripe handles your card, and we never see the card’s details. While we hold your spreadsheet, someone here may open it to investigate a fault, and for nothing else.
What we keep
To find our mistakes and improve NeuSheet we keep statistics: how many rows and columns a sheet had, its sheet names and column headings with any names we find removed, and for each order, by row number, what we suggested and what you changed it to. They hold no amounts or descriptions, and no record of who you are. A name or heading seen fewer than 5 times is dropped after 12 months.
